The Atlanta Braves defeated the San Francisco Giants 4-1 on Tuesday night in the middle outing of a three-game set at AT&T Park in San Francisco, CA, marking the fourth straight victory for Atlanta.

Starter Mike Foltynewicz pitched a complete game; he surrendered one run and six hits, walked one and struck out seven over nine full innings en route to the win.

Rome native Charlie Culberson led the charge offensively for the Braves with a two-run homer in the top of the fifth.

Atlanta now leads the National League East by six and a half games over the Philadelphia Phillies as the Phillies lost to the Washington Nationals at home on Tuesday.  The Braves will conclude their series against the Giants (as well as a seven game road trip out west) today out in San Francisco.  First pitch is slated for 3:45 pm Eastern.  We will join pre-game programming in progress from the Braves Radio Network upon the conclusion of the Rush Limbaugh at 3 pm on WLAQ AM 1410.
