The Atlanta Braves wrapped up a six game road trip out west with a loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers 7-2 on Sunday in the finale of a three-game set at Dodger Stadium in LA, allowing the Dodgers to take the series 2-1.

Sean Newcomb took the loss for Atlanta after giving up five runs and seven hits, walking two and striking out six in five and a third innings.

The Dodgers homered three times in the match, bringing their weekend total to nine.  Those included a solo shot from Max Muncy in the fifth; it was his third homer of the series.
