The US Air Force’s F-22 Raptor and A-10 Thunderbolt II Demonstration Teams will serve as the headline acts for the 2018 Wings Over North Georgia air show, scheduled for the weekend of October 13th and 14th at the Russell Regional Airport in Rome.
John Cowman, President of JLC Airshow Management LLC, officially made the announcement from the annual convention of the International Council of Air Shows in Las Vegas, Nevada on Wednesday.

Michael Goulian Aerosports, Mike Wiskus Lucas Oil Airshows and the US SOCOM ParaCommandos will once again be a part of the performer line-up next year.  Additional performer announcements are forthcoming.

Cowman adds that he was pleased with the record-breaking attendance for the 2017 air show, which was headlined by the US Navy’s Blue Angels. He hopes to take this momentum into 2018.

And if you feel like hitting the road this Spring, you may want to make plans to head to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina during the final weekend of April; the Blues will be the headliner for the first-ever Wings Over Myrtle Beach air show to be produced by JLC Airshow Management.  The air show dates are April 28th and 29th, 2018.

Tickets for the 2018 Wings Over North Georgia air show will be available on the show’s website around the middle of this month.
