Georgia Tech fell to No. 9 Duke 80-69 in ACC men’s basketball on Sunday evening in front of a fourth-straight sellout crowd at the McCamish Pavilion in Atlanta.  It was the third straight loss for the Yellow Jackets.  It marked the end of a two-game losing skid for the Blue Devils.

Josh Okogie led all players in scoring with 29 points for the Jackets, who have now lost seven of their last eight games.  The Blue Devils were led in scoring by Grayson Allen with 23 points.

Georgia Tech’s Jose Alvardo suffered a left elbow injury in the first half and departed the game early.

The Yellow Jackets are now 11-14 overall and 4-8 in conference play.  They will return to action at Wake Forest on Wednesday night; the game is slated to begin at 9 pm and will be broadcast on 95.7 FM The Ridge.
