HAWKS END 10-GAME LOSING STREAK ON THE ROAD WITH WIN OVER NUGGETS IN DENVER

The Atlanta Hawks ended a five-game road trip out west with a victory over the Denver Nuggets 110-97 in Denver, Colorado on Wednesday night, ending a 10-game losing streak on the road for the Hawks.

Dennis Schroder led the charge for Atlanta with the contribution of 19 points and 10 assists.  Taurean Prince scored 16 points, while Kent Bazemore added 14 points.

Gary Harris was the top scorer of the night with 25 points for Denver.

The Hawks’ record is now 11-30 overall, still the worst in the NBA.  They’ll return to their home court at the Philips Arena in Atlanta to host the Brooklyn Nets this Friday night at 7:30 pm.
