HAWKS FALL TO WARRIORS AT STATE FARM ARENA

The Atlanta Hawks lost to Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors by a final score of 128-111 on Monday evening at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.  It marked the third loss in a row for the Hawks, who are now 5-10 on the 2018-2019 season.

Curry had a game-high 30 points for the defending NBA-champion Warriors, who ended a six-game losing streak on the road.  Kevin Durant had 28 points, while Klay Thompson added 27 points.

John Collins was Atlanta’s top scorer with a career-high 24 points, along with 11 rebounds.  Trae Young contributed 20 points.

The Hawks will host the Washington Wizards this Wednesday night.  Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
