The Rome Floyd Chamber’s Board of Directors has named Jeanne Krueger as Interim Director. She will officially assume her responsibilities from retiring President and CEO Al Hodge at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 24th, according to a release from the organization.
Krueger has served as Director of Membership for the Rome-Floyd Chamber for the past three years; prior to that, she served as Membership Development Manager. The native Roman has 25 years of Chamber experience, most of it was spent as a consultant with the Metro Atlanta Chamber.
The Rome-Floyd Chamber’s 108th Annual Meeting will serve as a celebration of Hodge’s 21 years of service to the organization. The event will take place at Georgia Northwestern Technical College’s Aviation Training Center at the Russell Regional Airport.
Hodge moved his retirement date up a few months, as he originally said that he would retire in April.
