V3 Magazine will once again celebrate the hospitality industry – and provide a unique culinary experience to Romans – at Taste and Toast 2018, scheduled for this Friday night at the Forum River Center.
This year’s Taste and Toast will coincide with the opening of an ice rink at the Forum River Center, enthuses Ian Griffin, the owner of V3 Publications LLC. Ice skating will be offered at the venue through December 29th. Attendees of Friday night’s affair will have the opportunity to bid on the final zamboni ride of the season, with all proceeds to benefit The Giving Kitchen.
Taste and Toast will feature food samples from over 20 restaurants, as well as live music from ’80s cover band Moby Dick. Tickets are available at a cost of $35 each at www.thetasteandtoast.com.
The winners of the 2018 Taste and Toast awards will be announced on Friday. These were determined via online polling earlier in the year. Griffin says that the purpose is to honor those who serve in the hospitality industry.
Event hours are 6 pm until 11 pm. Additional details and updates are posted on the event Facebook page; search for Taste&Toast.
